Sales Terms and Conditions
Minimum Order Requirements:
$25.00 per line item for single shipment orders.
$100.00 per scheduled release for multiple release orders.
Non-stocked item minimums are per manufacturer and subject to change.
Acceptance of Orders:
All orders shall be considered as an offer from the Buyer. Acceptance of any order shall occur upon confirmation of Trendsetter Electronics to the Buyer of the merchandise ordered. Any order for merchandise not in Trendsetter Electronics stock shall be contingent upon receiving from our normal supplier all the merchandise ordered. Our inability or failure to obtain all or any part of merchandise ordered from our normal supplier shall automatically constitute non-acceptance of the part of the order that was not obtained. All orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NC/NR). All orders, invoices, statements and other documents are subject to correction of errors by Trendsetter Electronics.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change in response to supplier price increases. Prices are also subject to change by Trendsetter Electronics when Buyer reschedules or reconfigures its order. Suppliers may limit the time frame an order can be scheduled over. Most pricing quotes are only valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise, and previous pricing will not be honored unless agreed to ahead of time.
Payment:
Terms of payment are to be determined based on credit and references check. Prices of products do not include taxes, freight, handling, or other similar charges which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Seller reserves the right to modify terms prior to shipment, require payment in advance or cancel any order by reason of Buyer’s credit worthiness.
Trendsetter Electronics has several convenient options for you to choose from. We accept wire, ACH, credit cards, checks and extend credit terms to qualified businesses.
Shipping and delivery:
In the absence of prior instructions from the Buyer, Trendsetter Electronics will select the carrier for shipment. Trendsetter Electronics uses UPS WorldShip for all ground shipments unless otherwise specified.
Trendsetter Electronics responsibility for any loss or damage ends and title passes to the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the carrier. All delivery dates are approximate. Order fulfillment timelines are determined by multiple factors- including manufacturer availability, production lead times, and shipping methods. Once an order has been accepted by Trendsetter, the order is NCNR, and an expected delivery date is communicated to the Buyer. The ability to expedite or de-expedite an order after acceptance is done on a case-by-case basis, and a cost may be associated with any agreed upon changes.
Freight Damages & Shortages:
If product is received from Trendsetter Electronics that has been damaged in shipping, keep all packaging materials, and contact the carrier. The customer must make claims for loss or damage in transit to the carrier.
Trendsetter reserves the right to ship plus or minus 10% unless otherwise stated on all orders.
Claims for shortages or over shipments must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.
Cancellations:
All orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to denial or approval from a Trendsetter customer service representative. Trendsetter maintains that orders are NC/NR except under certain extenuating circumstances
If cancellation is approved, a scheduled order may cause a price adjustment to reflect actual usage due to the cancellation
Returning Product:
All orders are NC/NR except in very select cases. Within 30 days of receipt, the buyer must reach out to Trendsetter to request a return. Trendsetter will take each return request on a case-by-case basis and will reserve the right to maintain the NC/NR policy. Credit will not be allowed for products returned without prior consent. No return of products will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trendsetter Electronics. A complete description stating the reason for the return must be included with the returned products. The returned items must be in the original packing, in original condition and shipped by prepaid freight to Seller’s warehouse.
Email [email protected] and ask a Trendsetter Electronics customer service representative to give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being processed.
